After Il Cantico dei Cantici per lingua madre and Mater Medea, appointment with Fimmene! on Sunday 7 March (7 pm), a show that stems from a long research on Salento folk songs conducted by the singer Anna Cinzia Villani, in particular on women's songs and about women: songs of work and love, songs of nostalgia, songs of struggle and desire.

These are soundly intertwined with the melodies that speak of us, of ancient gestures, of the voice that flows loudly on earth and goes towards the sky, towards the sea. Voices of women who sing the word with grace, courage and irony and cross the times, and change our present.

FIMMENE! is produced by the International Theatre Institute Italia and Astràgali Teatro, directed by Fabio Tolledi, with Anna Cinzia Villani, Roberta Quarta, and Simonetta Rotundo.
